New Tent! The Eureka Equinox 6
We finally got a "big" tent. It's not suitable for backpacking, but since we've been car camping, it hardly matters. We chose the Eureka Equinox 6.
We can both stand up straight in the tent, and all the vents can be closed for chilly weather. It fits a full/queen air mattress nicely, with room to spare to stand up and get dressed. We even brought Holly's dog bed with us, and put it at the foot of our mattress to make it more like home. She liked that.
We haven't tested it in the rain yet, but it's supposedly very water tight. Hopefully we won't have to test that.
The light material of the tent makes it very bright inside, which is nice during the day but makes it hard to sleep in after the sunrise! It setup fairly easily, though it's definitely easier with two people.

Tested the tent in four solid days of rain last week and no leaks! The walls of the tent stayed dry -- no condensation.
